About This Competition
We are excited to launch the official date for our very first Tribe Fitness Games.
14th August 2022 at Tribe Athletic
3 workouts throughout the day with 25 members taking part split across 5 teams.
We can’t wait to bring the community together for a fun day of fitness, drinks, and food.

Workouts
12min AMRAP -
12 Box Jumps/Step Overs (20" Box)
10 Synchro Alternating DB Snatch (17.5kg/10kg)
5 Med Ball Over Bar (30kg/20kg)
2 30m Kettlebell Farmers Carry (20kg/12kg)
1 Rope Climb (this doesn't have to be every team member)
Once the AMRAP has finished - Rest 3min
then;
5min AMRAP -
As a team complete 5min max cals Air Bike
SCORE = Rounds on AMRAP + Cals on Air Bike
For Time -
Teams have 1,500 meters on the Ski Erg and Rower to complete.
*Ski and Row must be working concurrently, and rotation between members is allowed
Every 500m (both CV machines) every team member completes -
At 500m - 0.5 Mile Run
At 1000m - Team Synchro 15 Air Squats
At 1500m - x2 each member 50m Tyre Flips
Reminder - it is every 500m on EACH machine before moving to complete the Run/Air Squats/Tyre Flips
Time Cap 15 mins - 1RM Back Squat + 1RM Deadlift
Teams have 15 minutes to set a max lift on Back Squat and Deadlift.
3 members must set a 1RM Back Squat
2 members must set a 1RM Deadlift
Only one team member must be lifting at once
