About This Competition

Unser Online Battle umfasst drei Devisionen:

-RX; Intermediate und Scaled without Barbell.


4 Workouts werden veröffentlicht. In den 4 Workouts könnt ihr eure Fitness auf die Probe stellen. Es wird auf jeden Fall richtig SWEATY. 
Die Competition ist For Free und für Jedermann gedacht, also erzählt es weiter und tretet gegen Freunde und Bekannte an.

Workout 1: 1.12.21‘
Workout 2: 6.12.21‘
Workout 3: 12.12.21‘
Workout 4: 18.12.21‘

Die Scores müssen bis zum Tag, an dem das nächste Workout herauskommt, eingetragen werden, d.h. ihr habt immer 6 Tage Zeit, um die Workouts zu absolvieren. Beim letzten Workout habt ihr bis zum 24.12. (mittags) Zeit euren Score einzutragen.

Zu jedem Workout muss ein ungeschnittenes Video hochgeladen werden. Hier könnt ihr die Apps Wodproof oder WeTime nutzen.

 
Benötigtes Equipment:
Ski Ergometer, Bike Ergometer, Barbell, Plates, Pull-Up Bar, Dumbells, Jump Rope, Plyo Box.


Scaled: Row Ergometer, Bike Erg, Kettlebell, Dumbells, Abmat, Jump Rope, Plyo Box, Pull-Up Bar


Grobe Voraussetztungen für die RX Divisions:
STOH @40/60kg, Clean @60/90kg, Deadlift @70/100kg. Double DB Work @2x15/22,5kg, Double Unders, C2B Pull-Ups, T2B, BMU (only Men)
 
Grobe Voraussetzungen für die Intermediate Division: STOH @30/40kg, Clean @40/60kg, Deadlift @50/80kg, Single Unders, Double DB Work @2x12,5/17,5kg, Pull-Ups, Bottom to Half T2B. 
 
Scaled: Single Unders, Goblet Squats, Goblet Lunges, DB/KB Deadlifts, Sit-Ups, Single Unders, Rudern, Jumping Pull-Ups
