Movement standards -
pull ups / Toes To bar / double Unders / box jumps / 15/22.5KG dumbbells / Barbell snatches @30/45KG / barbell deadlifts 55/80KG / Barbell Front squats 35/50KG.
Pull ups / double Unders / toes to bar - Will all be in the final & only one partner can do these movements if needed.
