About This Competition

Our next 8 week cycle at CFS will be a competition! The competition will incentivize attendance and effort. There will be 10 workouts randomly placed through this cycle and the person who attends the most has the highest potential for victory.

Thrusters
Burpees

For time:
60 Cal bike
50 Burpees
40 Deadlifts
30 Box jump overs
20 Shoulder to overhead (STOH)

6 Rounds for time of:
400 m run
20 Double unders
10 Ball slams

Against an 8 minute clock, perform the following:
15 Ground-to-overhead (full squat)
15 Ground-to-overhead (full squat)
15 Ground-to-overhead (full squat)
AMRAP Ground-to-overhead (full squat)

Work up to a max over the course of 12 minutes. Read instructions for specific groups in the instructions.

Complete as many reps as possible of the following in 17 minutes:
60 Calorie row
50 Wall balls
40 Toes to bar
30 Overhead squats
20 Muscle ups

For time:
Run down Boston to 2nd Ave. & back (run across street, touch the 2nd Ave. street sign before returning)
20 Lunges
4 Rope climbs
8 Snatches (full squat)

6 Minute time cap

For time:
200 meter row
15 Lateral burpees
10 Cleans
15 Lateral burpees
200 meter row

Rest 10 minutes, repeat

Against a running clock, perform 2 rounds of the listed couplet in 3 minutes and rest until the next 3 minute period:
Front squats
Handstand push-ups
Add 2 reps per 3 minute period. Continue until you are unable to complete the required reps in the 3 minute period.
