Join The Box for our first annual WODtoberfest on October 21st from 9am-4pm. 

Teams of Three: 
RX male/female
Scaled male/female
10 team cap

$135/team until 9/15
$175/team after 9/15

Workouts to be released in the coming weeks! 

Rec Room is our official sponsor and afterparty will be hosted next store at their facility.

Workouts

15 min AMRAP of 5 mins to get max assault bike calories divided however amongst the 3 members, one attempt only Floater may be done anytime before the final WOD, but if not completed before WOD #3, the team takes a score of 0 for this workout

12 mins to find: 1 RM Hang Power Clean & Jerk 1 RM Power Clean & Jerk 1 RM Squat Clean & Jerk One partner does each lift The HPC must be done first before any attempts at the PC, and the same for the PC before any attempts of the squat clean

For Time: 60 cal row, 60 toes to bar, 60 box jumps overs 24"/20" 40 cal row, 40 toes to bar, 40 box jumps overs 20 cal row, 20 toes to bar, 20 box jumps overs broken up however amongst the three partners all cals for the row must be completed before another partner jumps to the pull up bar toes to bar standard is full extension, toes behind vertical plane of the bar, and both toes touch the bar between hands box jump overs standard is two feet take off, no step ups for RX

15 min AMRAP of 3, 6, 9, etc deadlift @225/155 and HSPUs Partner 1 does 3/3, partner 2 does 3/3, partner 3 does 3/3, then move to round of 6, then 9, etc as high as possible in 15 mins Full hip extension for deadlift, and head through the window with elbows locked for hspus, rep begins and ends at the top. You can't kick up at the bottom of a HSPUs for a good rep

Three Girls One Bar Grace, Isabel, Amanda @ 95/65 with pull ups One partner picks one workout, and once Grace is finished, slaps hands with partner 2 to begin Isabel. Amanda is full squat snatches and pull ups. Grace: 30 clean and jerks for time Isabel: 30 snatches for time Amanda: 9-7-5 squat snatches and pull ups
