About This Competition
Onsite indoor/outdoor competition for same-sex teams of 2 at LEO's Fitness, 2355 US 45 N, Harrisburg, IL.
3 workouts, a floater, plus a final workout for top 4 teams in each division
3 workouts released by May 1st (floater and final workouts are a surprise!)
$150 registration fee ($75/person) **INCLUDES A TSHIRT**
RX and Intermediate divisions (see standards below to decide which division to sign up for)
Teams can substitute members up to the day of competition
