Athletes will begin off the Bike Erg. At the call of "3, 2, 1 ... go," athlete 1# begins the 20/15 Cal Bike Erg, then moves to the Dumbbells and completes 7 Dual Dumbbell Power Cleans.
Athletes 2# then picks up the Sandbag and places it on his/hers shoulder and begins to perform as many sandbag squats as possible with the remaining time. Athletes will have 1 minute transition/rest to return to the Bike Erg before the next round begins. At this point athletes will also have to switch roles for the next round. Athletes will continue in this fashion until they have completed 75 Sandbag Squats or 5 sets whichever comes first.
Scoring / Tiebreaker
The athlete’s score is the total time taken to complete the event. In the event of a time cap, athletes will be ranked based on the number of completed repetitions. If we have teams with the same number of repetitions the tie breaker will be the time the last athlete got done with the 7 Dumbbell Power Cleans on that particular round.
