This is an IN HOUSE competition.
We will be putting all profits for this competition toward Nelson Tainui's walk along the Te Areroa Trail from Cape Reinga to Bluff.

6Min AMRAP
6 Burpees over a Box (24/20)
8 Cleans @50/35
1) Synchro Chest to ground
2) Synchro at completiton of clean
Partition, and share however you like.
FT (11min Cap)
50 WBS (9/6kg)(10/9ft)
30 Pull-ups (Scale: bands are allowed)
50 Cal Row
30 TTB (Scale: Leg Raises)
100 Double Unders (300 single Unders)
You must complete all of one movement before moving to the next. You must work through in the order prescribed.
Any scale will put you below anyone who completes it Rx
With an 8min clock
Athlete 1 will build to a heavy single Front Squat
Athlete 2 will build to a heavy single Deadlift
(both of these weights combined is your team total)
Both athletes will then have 1min to get to the start line for event 3.2
Relay (1min after Event #3.1)
Each athlete will have to run 2 laps of the Bunzl Building.
They may choose to run 2 laps unbroken or alt 1 lap at a time.
The first athlete will start face down on the ground, at the call of go they will start their run.
Athletes will need to tag hands and the new runner must complete a burpee at the interchange point before they can start their run for each interchange.
