About This Competition
The Untamed Games 2024 invites three teams to gather and compete in high-energy functional fitness workouts. Four exciting workouts will take place, with possible surprises along the way. Athletes can showcase their incredible skills and strength in one of three divisions: RX, Intermediate, or Scaled.

Please note that all sales are final, and refunds will not be available for the Untamed Games 2024. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch with the event organisers directly to discuss further.
Substitution Policy 🔄
We understand that situations change, so we offer a flexible substitution policy. Teams can make substitutions free of charge until one week before the event. After that, a small administrative fee may apply. To request a substitution, don't hesitate to contact the event organisers and provide the necessary information about the new team member.

Workouts
For Time / 25-minute time cap
Synchro Run, Two-athlete worm front squats + Single Athlete Calorie Row
On 3,2,1 go, all three athletes will begin with a 1200m trail Run. Once all three athletes return, two will commence the worm front squats, while one will commence the calorie row. Athletes can change as often as they require. Once the 60-worm front squats and 60-calorie row are complete, they will move on to the 900m train run. Once they finish the run, they will complete 30 worm front squats and a 30-calorie row. Once all the front squats and calories are completed, they will move onto a 300m run. Once all athletes return, they finish with 15-worm front squats and 15-calorie row. There is a 25-minute time-cap on this workout.

5 Rounds of 16 synchro dumbbell snatches, 12 synchro TTB and Max Rep Burpee Box Jumps
On 3,2,1 go. All three athletes will begin with 16 synchro dumbbell snatches with three weights. Dumbells must be synchro at both the movement's bottom and top. Once completed, all three athletes will commence 12 synchro toes to bar. Once the athletes have completed this movement, they will commence with synchro burpee box jumps. Athletes must be in synchro at the movement's bottom and top. At the 2-minute, the Athlete will start again with the Dumbbell snatches. There will be 5 rounds total in this workout.
The Score will be the total number of Burpee Box Jumps.
Intermediate males: 25kg, 22.5kg, 20kg
Intermediate females: 17.5kg, 15kg, 12.5kg
Scaled females: 15kg, 12.5kg, 10kg & Hanging Leg Raises
Athletes have 25 minutes to build a heavy complex of 1 x Clean, 1 x Hang Clean and 1 x Jerk. The first 10 minutes will be dedicated to a warm-up, with the 15 minutes reserved for the workout. At 25 minutes, athletes will move onto Part B only once the bar is safely stowed away.
10 Minute AMRAP
Max Reps DT & Max Calorie Ski
On 3, 2, 1 go, Athlete 1 will commence a round of Barbell DT (12 deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans and 6 shoulder to overhead). At the same time, Athlete 2 will accumulate calories on the Ski-Erg. Athlete 3 will rest. Once Athlete 1 has completed one full round of DT, the athletes may switch.
The score will be accumulated round and reps of DT and accumulated calories.
Male Intermediate - 45kg
Female Intermediate - 35kg
Female Scaled - 25kg
3 Rounds for time.
12 Synchro Worm Thrusters, 12 Synchro Pull-ups, 9 Synchro Worm Thrusters, 9 Synchro CTB, 6 Synchro Worm Thrusters, 6 Bar Muscle-ups.
On 3,2,1 go, Two athletes will begin one full round of twelve synchro worm thrusters, twelve synchro pull-ups, nine synchro worm thrusters, nice synchro chest to bar, and six synchro worm thrusters; athletes can then share the 6 Bar muscle ups or complete 6-synchro burpee pull-ups. Once one round is completed, one athlete will switch and complete round two. Once the second full round is complete, the athlete who has completed two rounds will swap out and the final round will be completed.
*All athletes should complete 2 rounds.
Intermediate male athletes: 70kg worm, Synchro Pull-ups, Synchro CTB, Synchro Muscle-ups, or Synchro burpee-pull-ups.
Intermediate female athletes: 50kg worm, Synchro Pull-ups, Synchro CTB, Synchro Muscle-ups or Synchro Burpee-Pull ups.
Scaled female athletes: 50kg worm, 2 x synchro jumping pull-ups for all three rounds.
