SFA Expo '23 Fittest in the City - Riyadh
About This Competition
We are excited to announce that we will be bringing the Turf Games experience to the SFA Expo '23 on Friday 19th May at Riyadh Front.
We have been working hard alongside the SFA Expo Team to ensure that we can help put on a great competition and give the opportunity to the fitness community, from all levels, the chance to compete over the weekend in a fun, professional environment.
This event is open to everyone and anyone to enter - no matter what your level of fitness - come along and have some fun with Turf Games at the SFA Expo 2023.
TEAMS OF 3 'FITTEST IN THE CITY' - RIYADH
You've been putting in the hours on the gym floor - now it is time to add in tactics and teamwork. The Turf Games teams of 3 competition is a functional fitness competition where athletes will compete in 4 back to back workouts, testing various aspects of their fitness in a fun, competition style format - vying for the crown of Fittest in the City - Riyadh.
Competing Friday 19th May from 1pm.
- Male teams of 3
- Female Teams of 3
We will have 2 divisions to choose from -
- Everyday
- Open
FORMAT
Teams will compete in 4 x 12 minute time capped workouts with a 6 minute break in between - taking a total of 1 hour and 6 minutes. Your heat start time will be provided to you minimum one week before the event. You will not be required for the full duration of the day you compete. For example, if your start time is 2pm - workout 1 will be 2pm, workout 2 - 2.18pm, workout 3 - 2.36pm and workout 4 - 2.54pm. You should arrive minimum 40 minutes before your heat start time to warm up and get ready to hit the TURF.

The winning teams in each category will win some prizes from our partners.

SCORE A = TOTAL REPS
*After the completion of 2 rounds of the above, this will unlock the concept 2 bike erg. For the remaining time in the 12 minutes, teams will also accumulate max cals on the bike erg for Score B. They will also keep working through the 4 movements of the amrap above to maximise number of reps.
