About This Competition
Event Details:
-Workouts will be released starting on the 4th of July.
-M/M, F/F and M/F Divisions
-Rx and Scaled
-No refunds will be given.
-Substitutions are allowed up until the start of competition on July 31st.
-Check-In:
Friday July 30th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday July 31st 7:15am - 8:00am
-Early Bird Registration: April 23rd-May 7th (20% discount)
-Virtual "Athlete Briefing" - Workout Flow and Movement descriptions will be posted to FB event page before the event.
-First heat starts at 8:15am
