About This Competition
South Coast Carnage brings to you:
• A mixed pairs one day crossfit competition
• A fun filled day to bring the communities together whilst testing your fitness amognst like minded people
Our event promises to bring a day of workouts which will test your fitness, skill levels, technical abilities & strength. All this is of course shared between your pair where communication & strategy is key!
This event has 2 divisions...RX & intermediate. RX is designed for those teams who want that extra push with skills, weight & strategic thinking. Intermediate is for your everyday CrossFitter, less skills & lighter weights etc
Now our priority for the day is fun. We want you all to, find new limits, push through current boundaries but above all, enjoy yourselves.
Spectators are free and we welcome pets, but please bare in mind there will be alot of noise / hustle & bustle.
There will be Tea, Coffee, Nocco & water available on the day provided by WCC.
Parking will be on site at White cliffs crossfit. A map will be put onto instagram account to show exactly where you can park. All parking is free
The safety of all competitors and spectators is essential to us so guidlines & rules will be in place for the day.
Unfortunately we have a no refund policy , but you can use Substitues / push your tickets over to another pair. Please just get hold of us via email or through our Instagram.
(Latest push of tickets / substitutes will be 1 week prior to game day)

Burpees over paralette
pullups (21) - CTB (15) - BMU (9) RX
KB high pull (21) - pullups (15) - CTB (9)
Workout 1 - a 20 minute AMRAP, of:
60 calorie row
30 lengths syncro shuttle runs
15 Devils press @ 2x 22.5kg / 15kg (RX) 15kg / 10 kg (Int)
Workout 4 PART B continues straight after PART A
After finishing minutes 4-6, PART B will start on minute 6 to 12
6 minutes to establish a 3RM front squat
Workout 4 is a PART A & B
PART A: Max effort for each movement
0-2 minutes - Wall walks
2-4 minutes - Boxovers @ 30/24 (RX) or 24/20 (Int)
4-6 minutes - DU's / Single skips
Workout 2 has PART A and PART B:
A 6 minute AMRAP of DT at 70kg/50kg (RX) 50kg/35kg (Int)
After each round of DT completed, 20 syncro wallballs @ 9kg / 6kg
DT = 12 - 9 - 6
Deadlift, Hang clean & STOH
1 minute rest
at 7minuntes a 3 minute AMRAP will start -
Max effort HSW (RX) . KB overhead carry (Int) with 2 KB's @ 16kg/8kg
Score is 1metre = 1 rep
Finals workout
9 minute AMRAP of:
12 snatch @ 50/35 (RX) 40 / 25 (Int)
9 thrsuters
3 strict HPSU (RX) kipping HSPU (Int)
20 TTB (RX) Knee raises (Int)
