Event Details:

This event is a Same Sex Threes competition so you will need to find 3 people of the same sex to compete.


MALE CATEGORIES.

  • Male RX

  • Male Intermediate

  • Male Scaled

  • Male Masters (All Athletes 35+)

  • Male Veterans (All Athletes 45+)

FEMALE CATEGORIES.

  • Female RX

  • Female Intermediate

  • Female Scaled

  • Female Masters (All Athletes 35+)

  • Female Veterans (All Athletes 45+)

You and your partner should enter the category that best defines your ability & age (Click on divisions above for standards/entry requirements).

*Standards/entry requirements are subject to change for finals

Workouts

Part A - Score A 

All Male teams accumulate 200 Cal Row 

All Female teams accumulate 180 Cal Row 


You go I go format, Emom. (See below) 

0-1min, Athlete 1 -  6 Down ups and then in remaining time MAX CALS. 

1-2min, Athlete 2 - 6 Down ups and then in remaining time MAX CALS. 

2-3min, Athlete 3 - 6 Down ups and then in remaining time MAX CALS. 

3-4min, Back to athlete 1 and so on until calories are hit. 

Part A Score = Time when cals are hit. 

*Failure to complete score is CAP+ Reps remaining (Cal’s remaining) i.e. CAP+12



Part B - Score B

In remaining time of 15min cap Perform... 

Rx & Masters Teams - Max BMU 

Intermediate & Veterans Teams - Max Pull ups 


Scaled teams - Max Box jumps 20/24”

  • 1 Athlete moves at a time 

  • Score = Reps accumulated all together.

  • If you failed to complete part A your score is zero. 



Part A (Weight x reps) 

Athlete A,  0-3Mins - Max Cluster 

Athlete B,  3-6Mins - Max Bench Press

Athlete C, 6-9Mins - Max Deadlift

*Athletes can use their own weights and bars. 

*Score for this part is all of the athletes WxR added together. 


For e.g. 

Athlete A Score for cluster 30 reps @30kg score = 900


Athlete B score for bench 40 reps @40kg 

Score = 1600 


Athlete C score for deadlift 60 reps @60kg

Score = 3600 

*Total score for this section and score to submit will be = 6100 (900+1600+3600)



Part B (1RM) 9-15Mins. 

All athletes establish 1RM Power Snatch.

*Score for this part of workout is all athletes best scores added together. 



Qualifier 3 - AMRAP 16mins. 

Complete in Relay format (Athlete 1, Athlete 2, Athlete 3 & back to athlete 1 for Max rounds. 


Rx & Master Teams Male & Female.

Intermediate & Veteran Teams Male & Female

Scaled Teams.

 8 American KB Swing 16/24kg  


*Score is rounds + Reps. 

** Ski erg does not need to be reset just make sure you hit 10 calories from where the ski erg is when you go for your round.
