MIXED SEX TEAMS OF 6: SATURDAY 13TH APRIL 2024
+ Compete over 4 workouts in our single day competition
+ Free Red Bull all day
+ Red Bull DJ booth smashing out unreal bangers all day
+ WODS will include functional movements including ergs, worms, lifting, sandbags and lots of other fun activities
+ No qualifiers - open to all levels
+ Prizes for 1ST, 2ND, and 3RD
+ Workouts released week prior to the event
Registration closes: Friday 6th April (unless sold out prior). Please book via the registration link.
Food: Food and drink will be available to purchase on the day.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the car park & surrounding streets.
Vendors: There will be some fantastic vendors available at the comp. Please make sure you check them out and support them on the day.
Refunds: Sorry, ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.
Athlete changes: Athlete changes can be made up until Monday 8th April.
Waiver: A waiver form will be emailed to you to complete in preparation for the day.

Workout 1: “Lung Buster”
16 mins:
As a synchro team of 6:
Buy in: 2 rounds of:
20m shuttle run + 10 down ups
40m shuttle run+ 20 sit ups
60m shuttle run + 30 air squats
Into:
40m shuttle run to erg station:
Once at the erg station the team will split into 2 sub teams of 3 to complete in anytime remaining:
-Max calorie row and bike erg-
Every 30 cals each sub team will complete a 80m shuttle run to the start line and back and then continue on the erg.
Score = total cals over both machines
Workout 2: “666”
Workout 2: MAX POWER OUTPUT
6 mins: max power output deadlifts
1 min rest and transition
6 mins: max power output front squats
- Workout 2 score = max power output scores combined
Workout 3: “666”
6 mins to establish a 6RM Push Press
- Workout 3 score = total weight combined
Workout 4: “The Gruntner”
16 min AMRAP
40m kit carry:
20 synchro plate GTOH (4)
20 synchro KB swings (2)
10 deadball over shoulder @50kg (1)
Score = kit carry lengths + reps
Each team will have:
1 x 60kg deadball
1 x 50kg deadball
2 x 24kg KB
2 x 22.5kg DB
4 x 20kg plates
