Workouts
12 Minute Ascending AMRAP
10, 20, 30, 40, 50 etc etc…
Wall Balls - Total Weight 20kg (female teams 16kg total)
Toes To Bar (1.6x Hanging Knee Raises - 16, 32, 48, 64, 80…)
KB Swings - Total Weight 40kg (female teams = 32kg total)
Double Unders (2 x Single Skips)
Reps can be split any way teams prefer
Part A: 5 x minutes to establish a 1 Rep Max Squat Clean Thruster - Score = Total Combined Weight
Part B: 1 x Minute MAX Effort Hand Stand Push Ups (Box Push Ups) - Score = Total Reps
TOTAL SCORE = TOTAL WEIGHT + REPS

15 x Deadlifts - 110kg Total Weight
15 x Ring Dips (24 Box Dips)
15 x Dumbbell Snatch - 35kg Total Weight (female teams = 27.5kg total)
*One partner will remain on the Rower whilst the other partner completes their 2 x rounds, then partners swap. Continues for 15 minutes and SCORE = TOTAL CALORIES
15 Min AMRAP
Cash In: 1 km Bike Shared
18 x Over Head Squats 60kg Total - Front Squat scaled
20 x Pull Ups (32 x Ring Rows)
22 x Burpees Over Bar
The 1km bike must be completed before starting the AMRAP. Reps can be shared however the athletes prefer.
Reps for each movement must be completed before moving to the next movement.
Score = number of total reps completed
