About This Competition
We are excited to announce our one day Scaled team competition, FORTIOR FOUR Sc, on Sunday 18/09/2022
FORTIOR FOUR Sc will be in a mixed team of 4, made up of 2 Males & 2 Females, working over 4 events and a final.
The events will run from 9am until 5pm, registration is at 8:30am, event briefing will be 9:00am-9:30am.
Scaled standards:
Cleans & Jerk: 50/30kg
Snatch: 40/20kg
Deadlift: 70/50kg
DB weights 15/10kg
Rope Climbs (at least 1 of your team members)
Jumping Chest to Bar Pulls Ups
Single Unders
Wall Walks
Hanging Knee to Elbows

10/8cals Assault Bike (in a male 1, female 1, male 2 & female 2 order)
2 Rope Climbs (anyone in the team)
One person must get through the rope climbs, if you start the rope climb, you must finish them. You must follow the same order on the calories throughout.
Score= completed reps
WORKOUT 2A:
Over 10 minutes accumulate max team weight of ‘The Snatch Complex’:
1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Hang Snatch
Once you increase weight you can not decrease the load, only increase.
