About This Competition
Registration for The Malta Military Games.
Organised by Armed Forces of Malta, in aid of Puttinu Cares.
Competition Format: 3 Day Competition - 6 Workouts
Team Format: 2 Males + 1 Female
Dates: 26,26,27 April 2025
Location: Malta
All proceeds go to Puttinu Cares.
Puttinu Cares, is a children’s cancer support group which was set up in October 2002 and began from an idea and desire to offer a holistic approach of care for families with children suffering from cancer. Puttinu Cares employs the principle of solidarity. The charity relies and are grateful on sponsors and generous donations from the public. (puttinucares.org)

9 Pull-Ups (1 partner)
12 Synchro Air Squats (2 partners)
15 Synchro facing the line Burpees Overs (3 partners)
*Partners must alternate on the Pull-Ups every round. Each partner must perform the Pull ups, and the team must remain the same order for the duration of the workout.
Scoring: Total reps completed by the team.
AMRAP 15'
9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (1 partner)
12 Synchro Air Squats (2 partners)
15 Synchro facing the line Burpees Overs (3 partners)
*Partners must alternate on the Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups every round. Each partner must perform the C2B, and the team must remain the same order for the duration of the workout.
Scoring: Total reps completed by the team.

Score = Lunge distance (1 rep = every 2.5m)
INTERVAL 2 – With 2 athletes working in sync: Male + Female
6 Syncro Shuttle Runs
7.5m Syncro Dual KB Farmer Walking Lunges
Max Syncro Dual KB Clean & Jerks
Score = Total C&J reps
Final Score = Total repetitions completed in 6 sets.

120 single unders + 30 box jump overs (24/20")

Athlete B:. 2 rounds of:
120 single unders + 20 Dumbbells box step overs (2x15/10kg)(24/20")
Then...
Athlete C:. 1 round of:
120 single unders + 30 burpee box crawl overs (24/20") (with a weighted vest)
*Pre-workout, team must design who is athlete A,B & C.
Score = Total time to complete the workout or repetitions completed the team fail to complete the work within the cap

60 double unders + 30 box jump overs (24/20")

Athlete B:. 2 rounds of:
90 single crossover + 20 Dumbbells box step overs (2x22.5/15kg)(24/20")

Athlete C:. 1 round of:
120 single unders + 30 burpee box crawl overs (with a weighted vest)(30/24")
