Fitness for Families
About This Competition
Fit for Families will be a partner comp which will help raise much needed funds and support to ill children and their families while they stay at Ronald McDonald House in Southbank.
On the 13th of July, Fiona and I were advised to move to Brisbane for an indefinite time due to complications with our baby boy, Rafael.
During this hard time, Ronald McDonald House looked after us for a total of 68 days and we are now forever thankful for their support!
On average, it costs Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland $160 to accommodate a family for one night. We also have a donation link if you would like to donate but do not wish to compete.
Registration will $160 per pair (excluding fees), MM or FF with both Scaled and RX divisions with the goal of raising $10, 880 or 68 days, the total length of time we were in Brisbane!
For people that do not know, Ronald McDonald House is a charity that supports ill children and their families with not only accommodation, but also with food and a variety of activities during their stay.

10min CAP
Big Block Run Buy In -
In remaining time find a 1RM Clean (Power, Squat or Split)
15min Ladder
P1 - Max Cal Echo Bike
P2 - 10 x Box Jump or Step Overs + 10 x DB Hang Snatch
Once each person has done the round of 10, increase the next round by 20/20 then 30/30.
Score will be total cals and reps completed in 15min.
RX - 22.5/15kg Dumbbell
Scaled - 15/8kg Dumbbell
*Step overs is permitted for both divisions but must step down if box jumping*

5min x Max Cal Row
4min x Max Burpees Over Rower
3min x Max DB Thrusters
Can split the reps up however you want in the intervals.
*Step overs are also allowed for both divisions on the burpees*
