About This Competition
Same sex pairs competition taking place at Vorto Fitness in Wolverhampton (Night Games Edition). The competition will begin around 12/1pm and then after the last workout in the evening we will be introducing the live band, fire buckets, food trucks and alcohol! We don't expect people to rush off after the event but rather enjoy celebrating their day of competing by partying with their team mates and former competitors! This is an all day and night experience so make sure to get travel plans or a hotel sorted if you plan on getting fully involved in the night festivities aswell!
The gym will be used as the workout area with a large outside marque for spectating, warming up and waiting in-between events. Live music alongside a great day with fantastic prizes, food and awards on the day! Also each team will get their own competition placque with their team name on to keep as memorabilia.

Movement Standards:
RX:
C2B/T2B/STRICT HSPU (at least 1 partner)
All DB Movements with 22.5/15kg DB (Both partners)
DU's
Barbell Cycling (Snatch - 60/42.5kg)
Ability to perform max oly lifts to own ability
Scaled:
Partner assisted pull ups 'or' normal pull ups/Knee raises (at least 1 partner)
All DB Movements with 15/10kg DB (Both partners)
Barbell Cycling (Snatch - 40/25kg)
Ability to perform max oly lifts to own ability
The above movement standards are only guidelines to give you an idea of which category you should enter.
Expect 3 Workouts on the day with multiple scoring opportunities in each (These may be released prior to the day so follow us on instagram to keep an eye out - @Vortofitness)

If fail a rep then both partners have to stop lifting and do 5 synchro down ups
