10 Rounds For Time - Round For Round

  • 8 Ground To Overhead 43/30

  • 10 Synchronised Burpee Over Bar

*Athlete 1 will do 8 Ground To Overhead (Can be Snatch or Clean and Jerk), While Athlete 2 Rests. Then, both Athletes will complete 10 Synchronised Burpee Over Bar. Before Athlete 2 will do their 8 Ground To Overhead. Rotating the Ground To Overhead until Finished or Time Capped.

Time Capped Score will be reps remaining added to the finish time of 12 minutes as Seconds Per Rep Remaining

1RM Clean + 3 Front Squats - 9 min Timer

20 MIN AMRAP

8 Hang Dumbbell Snatch 22.5/15

8 Overhead Reverse Lunges 22.5/15

Scaling = 15/10kg - Knees To Chest

100 Reps For Time - 3 min CAP

*Partner Must Hold 2x KB Overhead - Only Reps completed while KB are held overhead will count

RX = Chest to Bar Pull-ups, 24's/16's

Intermediate/Masters 40+ = Chin Over Bar Pullups, 20's/12's

Beginners = Pendlay Rows 50/35, 16'2/8's

7 min AMRAP

3, 6, 9, 12 etc - Keep Adding 3 Reps Each Round Until Time Expires
