Mardi Brawl VII comp will be held at Voodoo CrossFit 512. THIS IS A TEAM OF 3 MEN & 3 WOMEN.

Athlete Briefing:

8:30AM-8:50AM

FIRST WORKOUT STARTS AT 9AM

FLOATER 1 starts at 9AM sharp. 

Notice: On the 2nd workout, scaled and RX switch locations. The format of the workouts is that they are running simultaneously, inside and outside.

Workouts

RX: Double unders

50 descending to 5, then back up to 50.

Scaled:

Single Unders (AMRAP)

Same rep scheme 

RX:

3 min max chest to bar between guy/girl pair.

Scaled: 3 min max pull ups between guy/girl pair.

4 min time cap (2 min per pair)

5 wall walks (scaled will have certain line)

Max snacthes: (95/65) (75/55)

12 min AMRAP

Scaled: (115/75)

3 guys go, then 3 girls-rotate until time cap. All reps must be completed before starting on to next movement.

21 leg raises (feet above hips). 15 power cleans. Reps partitioned any way.

RX: (155/115)

21 TTB. 15 power cleans.

3 guys go, then 3 girls-rotate until time cap.All reps must be completed before starting on to next movement.

21 leg raises (feet above hips). 15 power cleans. Reps partitioned any way.

 

12 min AMRAP

Scaled: (75/55)

Ladies first, then guys: 21 Thrusters @ 55lbs (75lbs) (squat clean each rep, partitioned any way) immediately into 10x 25ft shuttle runs. Everyone must run together. You can't start the shuttle runs until the last thruster is finished,and can't start again until last person is done with final lap. 

Clock resets- then the guys go, 12 min AMRAP.

RX: (115/75)

Ladies first, then guys: 21 Thrusters @ 75lbs (115lbs) (squat clean each rep, partitioned any way) immediately into 10x 25ft shuttle runs. Everyone must run together. You can't start the shuttle runs until the last thruster is finished,and can't start again until last person is done with final lap. 

 

RX and Scaled:

Entire team hits a 2 rep max front squat from the rack.

Heavier the better.
