About This Competition

Compétition en 2 parties :

Samedi matin : 2 Workout de qualification qui seront fait sur place.

à l'issue de ces Workout de qualifications, 

20 Teams seront classées en catégorie Rx et 20 Teams seront classées en catégorie Intermédiaire.

Les Samedi 5 et Dimanche 6 Juillet : Phase finale avec au moins 6 Workouts afin de départager les meilleurs équipes des différentes catégories.

40 équipes HHH et 40 équipes HFH qui seront chacune répartie en 20 Rx + 20 inter.

Competition in 2 parts:

Saturday July 5 - morning : 2 qualifying workouts which will be done on site.

at the end of these qualification workouts, 

20 Teams will be classified in the Rx category and 20 Teams will be classified in the Intermediate category.

Saturday July 5 and Sunday July 6: Final phase with at least 6 Workouts in order to decide between the best teams in the different categories.

40 HHH teams and 40 HFH teams which will each be divided into 20 Rx + 20 inter.

This year, 20 FFF teams will be added to the event
