CrossFit Origins Mixed Pairs Comp is back with the 2025 Origins Odyssey Mixed Pairs Competition, happening on Saturday, August 9th from 8:00 AM, and this year we’re excited to introduce a Beginner division by popular demand!

Whether you're new to the comp floor or chasing that podium finish, there’s a division to match your vibe:
🔹 Beginner (new for 2025!)
🔹 Intermediate
🔹 Advanced

🎯 Advanced division prize pool:
🥇 1st Place – $1,500
🥈 2nd Place – $750
🥉 3rd Place – $250

Each team must include one male and one female athlete.
WODs will be released in the lead-up to comp day, giving you time to prep, plan, and bring your best!

Expect a comp-day experience like no other:
 A fully equipped warm-up zone to get you comp-ready
 On-site café serving up snacks and coffee all day
 Local vendors bringing the energy and exclusive deals
 A buzzing atmosphere fuelled by community spirit and friendly competition

🚫 Please note: Registrations are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your spot to another pair if needed.

(Advanced:2 x 24/16kg | Intermediate: 2 x 16/12kg) (Beginner 12/8kg - Goblet lunges)

40 Echo Bike Cal - Partner Holds KB in Farmers Carry for Cals to count/Swap every 10 Cals- Dual KB Famers Carry

Workout 5 

Ladder: 45 secs ON, 15 secs transition


ADVANCED: 1 x Squat Clean  

Intermediate:1 x Clean 


Advanced must squat clean. 


Adv Womens weights: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95

Int women's weights: 35, 45, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75

Beg Women's weights: 20, 25, 27.5, 30, 35, 40, 45


Adv Mens weights 90, 100, 110, 115, 120, 125 ,130

Int Mens weights: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95

Beg Mens weight: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 57.5,60


If you have a good lift on the final bar you will progress to an 8th barbell where you can choose your own weight.


If you have a good lift at a weight, but don't think you will be able to get the next lift then there is a tie break with Deadlifts. You May Dump The Barbell after completing your clean before going into your tiebreaker for a Max unbroken set of Deadlifts, singles are not permitted.

Workout 5 

Ladder: 45 secs ON, 15 secs transition


ADVANCED: 1 x Squat Clean  

Intermediate:1 x Clean 


Advanced must squat clean. 


Adv Womens weights: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95

Int women's weights: 35, 45, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75

Beg Women's weights: 20, 25, 27.5, 30, 35, 40, 45


Adv Mens weights 90, 100, 110, 115, 120, 125 ,130

Int Mens weights: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95

Beg Mens weight: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 57.5,60
