About This Competition
Join us for the 4th annual FRESH COAST GAMES, a 3-person team competition taking place over 2 days this year on July 13th and 14th!
Saturday: RX Male / RX Female
Sunday: Intermediate Male / Intermediate Female
A unique event that takes place right on the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Pere Marquette Beach is the perfect location to test your fitness, work on that tan and spend time with friends.

100ft Lunges will be 50ft out and 50ft back
Synchronization is required on the lunges
Barbell work will be performed on platforms
Over Unders are performed by first crawling/shooting under your teammate who is holding a down dog position in the sand, then jumping over the partner who repositions from down dog to laying flat.
