*3.2.1.GO Athletes will start by doing syncro single arm dumbbell devil’s lunge (see video for movement standards). The gymnastics will be done as a team and can be split up however. If and when you make it to the last gymnastics movement (BMU=Rx; C2B=Scaled), with the remaining time you will complete max reps of that movement. The tie break times will be following the completion of T2B/Knee Raises and also following the C2B/Pull Ups. WOD 4 will be directly following WOD 3, however there will be a short rest. More details to come!
