About This Competition

CrossFt 270’s very first competition! 

🏋🏻‍♀️ WODaPADUCAH 🏃‍♂️ 


This will be a two person competition (M/M, M/F, F/F) that will include our very own unique over 6 acre outdoor running trail that includes outdoor rigs & a hill we will be sure to put to good use 😎
Details are currently being worked out but you won’t want to miss out on this fun yet challenging event!

Directly following WOD 1, with the remaining time of the 24 minutes (Total Time Cap of WOD 1 & 2)

Rx & Scaled:
Max Complex of...
Partner 1 find a max complex of Hang Snatch + Snatch
Partner 2 find a max complex of Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk

*Each team will use the same barbell they used for WOD 1.  Once you complete WOD 1, with the remaining time that is left of the 24 minutes, you will establish a max weightlifting complex.  Athletes can go up and down in weight, but at the end of the 24 minutes the judge will record the heaviest weight lifted for each complex.  The athlete that does Isabel will do the snatch complex and the athlete that does Grace will do the clean complex.

*Partner 1 will complete all of Isabel & bike cals before tagging out with Partner 2.  Once Partner 2 is tagged in, they will start on the bike and complete all of the bike cals before moving onto Grace.  Score will be once the last clean & jerk is complete.  Tie break time will be when Partner 1 completes their bike cals.

*3.2.1.GO Athletes will start by doing syncro single arm dumbbell devil’s lunge (see video for movement standards).  The gymnastics will be done as a team and can be split up however.  If and when you make it to the last gymnastics movement (BMU=Rx; C2B=Scaled), with the remaining time you will complete max reps of that movement.  The tie break times will be following the completion of T2B/Knee Raises and also following the C2B/Pull Ups. WOD 4 will be directly following WOD 3, however there will be a short rest.  More details to come!
