A two day CrossFit competition in the heart of Ayia Napa.

5 workouts , 3 categories.

RX Men, RX Women.

Scales Men, Scaled Women.

Rookies Pairs Men, Rookies Pairs Women.

Part of the profits goes to local dog shelters.

*athletes must perform each section together (one can exit water faster but must wait for partner to exit too to start the second 500m run. Also, one athlete might run to the rower faster but must wait for partner to come to the rower before sitting on the rower).

*each athelte must get on the rower at least once.

*for every athlete change on the rower both athletes must perform 10 synchronised burpees over the rower.

10 deficit HSPUs (M:8cm/F:6cm)

20 alternating single arm DB devil's press

*score is combined max weight of both athletes.

*Athlete one does the 4 hang cleans , then both do the sit ups. Then athlete two does the 4 hang cleans, then both do the sit ups. So athletes alternate the hang cleans each round.

*Front squats and shoulder2OH can be split however but each athlete must make at least one repetition of each exercise.

*The pair must add the plates on the barbell by themselves and close them inside the clips - no outside help is allowed.

 

*every time you break on the barbell you must do 10 burpees over the barbell.
