Each Athlete Must complete a waiver.
Minimum Standard Requirements
Athletes should be able to perform these movements with these weights in a WOD. These weights are maximal working weights, NOT 1 rep maxes. Maximal working weight is the maximum amount of weight you would attempt for the given movement in a WOD with lower rep schemes. This is not to say these are the weights that are programmed, but as a general point of reference. IF you were to see these weights every once in a while for heavy WOD, it would not deter you from attempting to complete the WOD as prescribed for your experience level.
- All athletes must be able to Squat below parallel, hip crease must sit below the top of the horizontal plain of the knee when performing a squat.
- All athletes must be able to jump and/or step up and down, run, pull and throw.
- All athletes must be familiar with the Power Clean, Clean & Jerk, Snatch and Dead-lift.
Rx Male: Athletes must be able to Clean, Jerk, Snatch and Dead-lift a minimum of 135lbs.
Rx Female: Athletes must be able to Clean, Jerk, Snatch and Dead-lift a minimum of 95lbs.
Rx Athletes: Must be able to perform without assistance, pull-ups, chest to bar and toe to bar.
Scaled Male: Athletes must be able to Clean, Jerk, Snatch and Dead-lift a minimum of 95lbs.
Scaled Female: Athletes must be able to Clean, Jerk, Snatch and Dead-lift a minimum of Snatch 55lbs.
Scaled Athletes: Must be able to perform with assistance/Jumping, pull-ups, chest to bar and knee raises.

1 Partner rows for calories, until partner 2 has completed a round then switch.
1 bar per team used.
Must pull from the floor and reach full extension on dead lift.
Hip must reach below plain of knee in the front squat.

Knee Raises
Both feet must touch the top of the box, full extension is not required. Stepping off the box is allowed.
Both feet must touch the bar at the same time on toe to bar.
Knees must reach above plain of the hip on Knee Raises.
