About This Competition
¡Bienvenidos al Online qualifier Unleash Your Fitness 2023!
El UYF Online Qualifier es una competencia online de dos semanas donde los atletas participantes podrán medir su fitness y garantizar su participación presencial en Unleash Your Fitness al clasificar y encontrar la categoría adecuada para competir.
Cada semana se publicarán los workouts a realizar junto con los planos de espacio y estándares de movimientos para garantizar la igualdad entre los competidores. Todos los atletas deberán contar con un juez y video de su workout para subir en la plataforma de leaderboard.
Cada semana los atletas tendrán de lunes a sábado para publicar en el leaderboard su score y video de los workouts anunciados.
