Some workouts you choose what version of each exercise or weight to use: more points for difficulty/heavier or more reps for scaled exercises.

Weightlifting e.g. (Deadlifts, Cleans, Snatches, Shoulder to Overhead, Squats, Wall Balls, Dumbbells, DBalls/Sandbags/Worms)
Gymnastics e.g. (Burpee/Burpee Broad Jumps, Box Jumps/Step Ups, Jumping Pull Ups/Pull Ups/C2B/Muscle Ups, Toes above Parallel/Toes to Bar, Hand Release Push Ups/Handstand Push Ups, Rope Climbs)
Cardio e.g. (Run, Bike, Ski, Row, Skip/Double Unders)
