GGRx focuses on community over competition; celebrating and lifting each other up. When you get women together, it is all about empowering each other and supporting each other.
Compete for a Cure- this event benefits the breast cancer charity called Compete for a Cure.
As part of the event, your team will get the opportunity to create a fundraising page! Fundraising is also part of your overall event score (how freaking fun)

Which Division is Right for your Team?
Rx Division ::
Your team performs daily WODs without scaling or modifying. You can efficiently do movements like pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. You are confident with a barbell and can do full Squat Snatches and/or full Squat Clean at or above 95lbs.
BAM Division (Badass In the Making) ::
Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications in most WODs, new to olympic lifting, and newer to functional fitness. Typically, this would be your first or possibly second competition.
After your team registers, you will receive a unique referral link to share! If 3 teams use your unique referral link, your team spot will be FREE!!! That's right, bring ALL of your friends.

Workouts
Partner 1:
3 Deadlift + 2 Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean
Partner 2:
Squat Clean + Split Jerk + Front Squat + Split Jerk
Score: Total combined load of each lift
Flow:
- Athlete will have 06:00 minutes (total) to work through 2 lifts.
- The bar will start unloaded. Once the time starts athletes can start to load the bar.
- Only one athlete can record a max for each lift.
- The lift must be off the floor at the 06:00 mark, but can be completed after the 06:00 mark.

50 DU + 50ft Dual DB Front Rack Walking Lunges (2x15kg)
Partner 2
Max Toes to Bar
Score A: Max rounds and reps of DU + Lunges
Score B: Max Toes to bar
Flow:
- At 3-2-1 GO, one athlete will run to the Double Unders + Lunge station and the other athlete will run to the Toe to Bar station.
- The Double Unders + Lunge station is the rabbit and will dictate rotations throughout the workout.
- The partner on the Toe to Bar station will continue accumulating reps until the 50 Double unders and 50ft Front Rack Walking Lunges are completed. The workout will continue in this fashion till 10:00.

TIME CAP: 20:00
Score: Total time or total reps at the time cap
Flow:
- At 3-2-1 GO, the athletes will procees to the Rower. There one athlete will row at a time until the distance 1000m is completed.
- The athletes will move to the Synchro SA Alt Devils Press where they will complete 20 reps alternating hands. They must reach chest to deck at the same time and extension of the DB overhead at the same point as their partner for rep to be credited.
- The athletes will move to the Wall Ball where they will complete 40 Alt reps. A rep is credited when athletes reach the depth of squat (hip crease below parallel).
- After that the athletes will be performing 60 Synchro Lateral Burpees over the Rower. Chest to deck and jump.
- The athletes will move back through the chipper accumulating reps in the same fashion they did on the way out.
Score is total time or total reps at the time cap.

Flow:
This workout is performed as 2 quick sprints in relay format. Partner 1 completes the first set as fast as possible and will run back to tag partner 2. Partner 2 will then complete their working set as fast as possible. Thern both partners will run across the finish line together for the time stop and a score to be tallied. Total running time is the score.
