About This Competition
We are excited to be holding our very first In-House Comp!
This will be open to Members Only.
Saturday 4th Feb 9-4pm.
4 workouts throughout the day.
We will be providing food and hot/cold drinks for the day, and also food & drinks to celebrate end of the day also.
Intermediate & Scaled Categories.
Category Standards below:

Cycle barbell weights for at least 5 reps:
Front squat (60/40)|(40/25)
Push Press (60/40)|(40/25)
Deadlift (100/70)|(70/50)
Power Clean (60/40)|(40/25)
Dumbbell: (22.5/15)|(15/10)
Kettlebell: (24/16)|(16/12)
Gymnastics:
Intermediate/Scaled
TTB/Hanging knee raises
Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups (off given height)

On a 6 Minute Running Clock...
Find a 1RM Clean
In your team, YGIG to build to a 1RM. You will have your own barbell and plates.
Can be Power or Squat.
(Score is Combined Weight)
23.2b - Do u even lift bro?
- 2 mins rest between Part A & B -
Min 1: P1 performs Max Front Squats @80% of 1RM
Min 2: P2 performs Max Front Squats @80% of 1RM
(Score is Weight x Reps)
Example:
If you hit 100kg Clean,
Barbell is 80kg,
