- Top 12 teams qualify for a two day Elite finals

- RX qualifying teams compete Sunday March 15th

 

Middle Ground

- Compete Saturday March 14th

 

Masters Middle Ground 75+ Combined

- Compete Saturday March 14th

 

Masters Elite 75+ Combined

- Compete Sunday March 15th

 

Teens 35- Combined

- Compete Saturday March 14th

 

Scaled

- Compete Sunday March 15th

Once a team has registered, they can not receive a refund under any circumstances

 

Qualifying teams will be required to pay the following fees for their finals place

One Day Teams - £95 + software fees

Two Day Teams (Elite) - £160 + software fees

20.1 Version A

1200/1000 Metre Row - Time Cap 10

  • Athletes perform 7 Front Squats every two minutes, starting at 0:00

 

Front Squat Weight

  • Elite/RX - 80/55kg
  • Masters RX - 70/47.5kg
  • Middle Ground/Masters Middle Ground/Teens - 60/40kg
  • Scaled - 45/30kg

  • Elite/RX + Masters RX - 4 Devils Press 2 x 22.5/15kg + 8 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
  • Middle Ground/Masters Middle Ground/Teens - 4 Devils Press 2 x 22.5/15kg + 8 Pull Ups
  • Scaled - 4 Devils Press 2 x 15/10kg + 12 Hanging Knee Raises

The 20.2 Teens workout is performed as an individual. There are two workouts to be performed, one by each athlete.

 

Teens 20.2 Athlete A - AMRAP 9

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 12 Thrusters 40/30kg
  • 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20"

  • 16 Toes To Bar or 4 Bar Muscle Ups
