About This Competition

The Capital Fitness Challenge, is back for 2022 and set to be another awesome 2 days.

Top athletes from around our region will head to Canberra for a 2 day competition equal to some of Australia’s best CrossFit events.

This event caters for all fitness levels and ages, with some of Australia’s best CrossFit athletes on show, and a prize purse worth close to $10,000!

So start preparing for what will be a huge 2 day event in the ACT.

Individuals – Adv, Int/beg, Masters 35+, MM, FF, Mixed Teams & Parent/Sibling will be available.

** there will be a minimum of 12 team for each division required to run it**

The event will be both indoor and outdoor, with a range of events to test all the areas of fitness!!
