Event 1 (all four team members) - "Avengers Assemble"
20 min cap to complete all work

"Hulk"
12-9-6
Sandbag ground to over shoulder 150/100 / Scaled: Power clean 15-12-9 115/75
Box Jump 30/24 / Scaled: 24/20

Then:
"Spider-Man"
21-15-9
C2B Pull ups / Scaled: Jumping C2B
Toes to Bar / Scaled: Sit ups
50 Double unders after each round / Scaled 50 Single unders after each round

Then:
"Ironman"
20-15-10
Calorie Row
Thruster 95/65 / Scaled: 65/45

Then:
"Captain America"
30-20-10
DB snatch 50/30 / Scaled: 35/25
Pistols (15/15, 10/10, 5/5) / Scaled: 40-30-20 Air Squats

Details:
You can pick which team member does which workout. All workouts must be completed in the above order. You have 20 mins to get all four workouts completed. Once “Hulk” is completed, the next team member must be tagged and they can start “Spiderman”...continue in this fashion until all work is completed. Score will be total time. If work is not completed, your score will be total reps completed.

*all the equipment will be on the floor, and all teammates must remain in their designated area until the person working is finished with their workout and has come back to the designated area. Once back in that area, the next person can start.

Event 2 (2 males then 2 females) - "Guardians of the Galaxy"

40/30 Calorie bike
12 Clean and jerks
Round 1: RX 155/105 Scaled 95/65
Round 2: RX 185/125 Scaled 135/95
Round 3: RX 205/145 Scaled 155/105
Clean and jerks are 12 total reps at each weight

Details:
*At the 3..2..1..go, the 2 males will start the above work. They will complete their assigned calories on the bike then move to the barbell for the first set of clean and jerks. Once they are complete, they move back to the bike for the second round. The females can assist in changing the weight on the bar as the men are completing their calories. Continue working in this fashion until all work is complete. Once the men are done, the females will complete the above work. Males can assist in changing the weight for their female teammates. Work on the bike can be split as needed and minimum work requirement is at least one rep at
each weight and 1 calorie on the bike each round.

Males: 11 min time cap
Females: 11 min time cap
*there will be a 2 min transition between male and female
*score is total time if completed under time cap or total reps if work is not completed under the time cap. Males and Females are two separate scored events.

Event 3 - "Deadpool"
Snatch Ladder

1 min at each bar, .20 sec transition

Buy in before each attempt - Rx 10 Wall balls 20/14, Scaled 20 Single under

RX: 115/75, 135/95, 155/105, 185/125, 205/145, 225/155
Scaled: 75/55, 95/65, 115/75, 135/95, 155/105, 175/120

*Snatch can be power or squat

Details:
If you went to our first Bionic Blackout it is set up similar to the DT ladder. The athletes will line up in sequential order according to their number they receive at registration. You will move thru the ladder according to the above time frames. For example, at 3..2..1 go, the first athlete completes either 10 wall balls or 20 single under depending upon division then goes to barbell and attempts a snatch. You have 1 min to complete the wall balls or single under and to make a successful lift. You have as many attempts as needed during that 1 min window. At the minute window mark, there is a .20 sec transition to the next bar.  If you successfully complete the buy in and lift, you move forward to the next bar. If you fail to complete buy in work or make a successful lift, you end, and your score is the last successful lift you completed.

*All four team members will complete this ladder. Your score is total weight lifted between all four teammates.
