Girls Gone Rx is proud to announce our 2nd Annual event in the Portland area
Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Excited to announce we have 2 divisions!
Here is a quick description to help you determine what division to register for.
RX Division :: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.
BAM Division (Badass In the Making) :: Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.

20 Wall Ball Shots 14lbs to 9ft (BAM: 10lbs to 9ft)
20 Box Jumps 20" (BAM: 20" steps ups or jumps)
Score: Time - 1 second for every Calorie rowed
10 Minutes total for each athlete to establish a 1rm Complex:
Complex: 3 Front Squats + 1 S2OH
Score: Athlete 1 1rm + Athlete 2 1rm + Athlete 3 1rm
AMRAP in 6 Min:
3 Snatch 95lbs (BAM: 65lbs)
3 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)
6 Snatch 95lbs (BAM:65lbs)
6 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)
9 Snatch 95lbs (BAM: 65lbs)
9 Toes to Bar (BAM: Hanging Knee Raises)
... Continue adding 3 repetitions to each movement until workout is completed.
