About This Competition

Join CrossFit Aggregate for THE AGGREGATE 2023, a partner competition, on May 6, 2023!

The Aggregate will focus on the founding principles of CrossFit; Constantly Varied, Functional Movements at High Intensity.

There will be a minimum of 4 workouts during the day.

There will be 7 divisions: MF in Masters (35+). MM, MF, FF in Intermediate or Scaled.

The first 10 teams to register can get their tickets at $150, the next 25 teams for $180, and the final 25 teams for $210.

Podium recognition will be given to divisions with a minimum of 5 teams participating.

Workouts

For time, 12 minute cap

4 Rounds:
10 Front Squats
10 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees over the bar

INT/MAS: 135/105    SC:95/65, AB MAT SIT-UPS


THEN

40 Front Squats - 40 Toes to Bar - 40 Burpees over the bar

8 minute AMRAP

4 Cal Row - 1 Snatch Attempt

Row increases by 2 calories each round

Participants will be given 2 bars and 265 lbs in plates, use both bars or not.

Snatch weight may not be changed once the workout begins, snatch attempt only counts if bar leaves the ground.

3 Rounds for time (12 minute cap)

236 seconds to complete: Bike Calories, 75 Feet of DB Crossbody Lunges

And then

Max Effort Box Jump Overs


INT/MAS: 25/20 Cal, 50/35 DB, 24/20 Box

    

SC:20/16 Cal, 35/20 DB, 20 Box

4 X 60 Second Rounds (I go you go)

40 Double Unders

Max Chest to Bar


Then, 2 minutes:

Max HSPU’s

SC: 50 Line Jumps/ DB Shoulder Press 35/20, Pull-ups

For time, 5 minute cap

100 Deadlifts

WOD starts with athlete 1 running 100 meter on Assault Runner followed by their deadlifts. When athlete 1 is ready to switch, Athlete 2 will complete their run before their deadlifts, and so on until the team completes 100 deadlifts
