About This Competition
Oman's biggest fitness competition to date. An exciting two-day competition that will attract athletes from all over the region.

Thursday 19th of December
- Athlete Registration - 6pm
Friday 20th of December
- Workout 1: 8am - 12pm
- Workout 2: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
- Workout 3: 4pm - 8pm
Saturday 21st December
- Workout 4: 8am - 12pm
- Semi Finals: 12:30 - 4pm
- Finals: 4:30pm - 6pm
- Awards Ceremony - 6:30pm

ELITE
Top-tier athletes with exceptional skills and abilities compete at their highest level to showcase their expertise and power. This category is for athletes who can perform fully advanced RX movements.
TEAMS (ELITE / INTERMEDIATE / MIXED)
This category features challenging movements, with paired athletes collaborating to tackle various exercises and events. Teams include male elite, male intermediate, and mixed teams, emphasizing teamwork and mutual support for success.
All athletes compete in four events over two days. The top performers advance to the semi-finals and finals, highlighting their exceptional strength and endurance.
ATHLETE REGISTRATION
All athletes will be required to attend the Athlete Registration on Thursday 19th of December at 6pm. All workouts and movement standards will be explained, and any questions will be answered during this time. All athletes will be provided with a personalized Muscat Throwdown T-shirt and athlete portraits will be taken at this time.
SPECTATOR
Cheer on your friends or relatives while enjoying fun activities for the whole family. There will be food and drink booths, fun competitions, and much more. Spectators enter for free.
