About This Competition
JJK Backyard Ultra Challenge
Saturday 23rd August 2025 | Starts 7AM | JJK Fitness (The Yard)
🔁 Run. Rest. Repeat. How far can you go?
Join us for an unforgettable challenge where you’ll complete a 6.7km loop every hour, on the hour—by running, walking, or both. Whether you're aiming to test your limits or simply want to be part of an incredible atmosphere, this event is for everyone.
💥 How It Works:
- Complete a 6.7km loop within 60 minutes
- Be ready at the start line when the bell rings on the hour
- The goal: do as many loops as you can
- Run 6.7km in 40 minutes? You get 20 minutes rest before the next loop begins
- Keep going... or stop when you've hit your goal

We're fundraising for Parkinson’s UK in support of our amazing JJK member, Dick. Dick has been part of our club for over seven years, and three years ago he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Since then, he’s continued to train with incredible determination and resilience.
