**You go I go, full rounds
At 3,2,1 go Athlete 1 will perform their calories on the rower, the 10 bar facing burpees and 5 power cleans. Once athlete 1 has completed the round, athlete 2 follows in the same format. Athletes must complete a full round before switching. Athletes may not do duplicate rounds, they must alternate.
Movement standards:
Row- Athletes will start with their hands behind their head. Athletes are required to reset the rower each round. Athletes feet may not touch the ground until the designated calories are on the screen.
Bar Facing Burpees- Athletes chest must touch the ground. The athlete must be facing the bar. You can get over the bar however you would like.
Score is total amount of rounds and reps completed at the 14 minute mark.
