  • Olympic Barbell: 120/80KG

  • Axle Bar: 110/70KG

  • Strongman Log: 100/60KG

  • Sandbag Press: 80/50KG

  • Monster Dumbbell (both arms): 60/40KG

A) BUY-IN

  • 2/1 Rope Climbs

  • 12/9 cal Assault Bike


B)

  • 40m Farmers Carry at 100kg/70kg per handle

  • 40m Sandbag Carry (load to sled final lap)

  • 20m Reverse sled drag to finish 255kg/150kg


If the athlete fails to complete the prescribed work in Part B within 90 seconds they must stop, drop their equipment, rest 90 seconds before starting again at the next 90 second working window. The buy-in must be completed each round, the athlete can then continue to move the objects from where they left them to the finish line.

The workout is complete when the athlete pulls the front of the sled across the finish line.

You have 3 rounds to complete this workout (Last round is 2 minutes).
