About This Competition

Registration has been extended until midnight on Sunday 8/21!  All discisions are a green light so get ready. More i for to come over the next week or so.

It's time to register for the 2022 T-Town Throwdown! 

The competition will be held on 9/3/2022 at CrossFit Chief. 

RX and Scaled division for M/M and F/F 

Here are the workouts! 

Workout 1

9 minute AMRAP
10 sync Burpee over bar (Scaled = Step over allowed)
20 thrusters 95/65 (Scaled = 75/55)

1min rest after 9:00 clock

Workout 2 (after 1:00 Rest)
2 minute AMRAP
Max synchro plate ground to overhead (RX = 45/35 and Scaled = 45/25)

For time (8 minute cap)
100 Double Unders (Scaled = 100 Doubles or singles)
50 Toes-to-bar (Scaled = 50 High Knee raises)
50 Box Jump Overs 24/20 (Scaled = 50 BJO 20/20, step up allowed)
50 DB Power Snatches 50/35 (Scaled =35/20)
100 Double Unders (Scaled = 100 Doubles or singles)

* rest with remaining time

Workout 4 (after the full 8:00 of workout 1)
4 Minutes to find max load (score is combined total)
1 Clean + 2 Front Squats (unbroken)

12 Minute AMRAP 
12 Deadlifts 
9 Hang Cleans
6 Push Jerks
RX = 155/105 (Scaled = 95/65)

1 partner works while the other hangs from the pull-up bar. Mandatory switch when partner lets go of pull up bar

• 20 Overhead Squats 155/95 (Scaled = power snatches (95/65)

• 10 Bar Muscle ups (Scaled = pull-ups)

* athletes can chose to compete 5 burpees to pull-up bar to count as 1 rep of BMU or pull-ups  no partial credit for burpees less than a multiples of 5
