About This Competition

 

Welcome to the Battle of Bangkok Qualifiers! 

We are thrilled that you want to attend our event! There will be a total of 3 qualifier workouts for 3 divisions: Individuals, Masters and Teams (MF or FF). Both individuals and teams will be seperated into 2 categories, fitness and advanved. 

All three qualifier workouts can be done anywhere in the world and must be completed and submitted to B.O.B by April 25th, 2023. 

Once quaifiers have been completed, the leaderboard will be finalized by May 3rd, 2023. At that time, there will be a final registration fee to secure your spot at Battle of Bangkok. Also, the actual event workouts will be released on a weekly basis leading up to May 20th and 21st. 

There will be massive cash prizes and bragging rights for the Battle of Bangkok!

The Battle of Bangkok will take place in Bangkok at F45 Training Asok studio on May 20th and 21st.

AMRAP 7 MINUTES OF:

7 DEADLIFTS

7 FRONT SQUATS

7 HAND RELEASE PUSHUPS

7 MED BALL SIT UPS

*AT THE 7 MINUTE MARK

2 MINUTES TO FIND MAX REPS STRICT PULLUPS EQUIPMENT AND WEIGHT:

BARBELL (40/25KG) (MASTERS 30/15KG) -

MED BALL OR WALL BALL (9KG/7KG) (20 and 14lbs) (SAME WEIGHT FOR MASTERS) -

PULL UP BAR TWO PART SCORING.

1 SCORE FOR AMRAP AND 1 SCORE FOR MAX REPS OF STRICT PULL UPS

Directly after "LUCKY 7" go to the pull up bar for max strict pullups in 2 minutes. 

Score is total reps completed at the 2 minute mark. 

Men must do strict pull ups 

 

Individuals:

For time (15 minute time cap) -

(after each set of devil's press is completed, you must complete 50 single unders)

Men: Two 12.5kg (30lbs) dumbbells (Masters 10kg) (20lbs) 

Women: Two 7kg(15lbs) dumbbells (Masters 6kg) (12lbs)
