About This Competition

Werde Teil der Community beim ersten Manawa Throwdown.

Der Qualifier findet online statt. Beachtet bitte, dass unsere Judges auf den Videos alles erkennen können und ihr keine NoReps kassiert, weil der Kamerawinkel ungüstig ist. Lest euch vorher die Score und Discription Cards durch, dann seid ihr gut vorbereitet. 

Der Throwdown findet für die Scaled Division am Sa. 19.07.25 und für die RX Division am So. 20.07.25 in der Gärtnerstraße 49, 24113 Kiel statt.

C&J 30/45kg

Snatch 20/35kg

DB 10/17,5

Skills:

Beide: WallBalls (14/20lbs), Box Jumps (50/60cm),

Eine Person / Team : AbMat HSPU, PullUps, TTB

Anforderungen RX

Snatch 40/60kg

DB 15/22,5

Skills: TTB,C2B,BMU,HSPU, WallBalls (14/20lbs), Box Jumps (50/60cm)
