About This Competition

New Zealand Team Championships. Team of four consisting of two males and two females. 

NZ Champs is a competition that is building to align itself with the standards of a semi-final but allowing a pathway for the Beginner, Intermediate, and Elite to grow and be the best version of themselves. To showcase the best of New Zealand across all divisions of individuals and teams.

This is a CrossFit Licensed Event. It is required that all competitors have an account with CrossFit.com.

Athletes will be briefed on the workout details and movement standards at the Athlete Briefing 7:00 - 7:45 pm Saturday at the venue (Te Pai Centre).

In MM/FF Pairs, For Time:

Elite

MM Pair: Run 1.6km
FF Pair: Double Grace or Isabel @ 40kg
-When both pairs complete their work, switch-
FF Pair: Run 1.6km
MM Pair: Double Grace or Isabel @ 60kg

*one pair will perform double Grace, and the other pair will perform double Isabel.

Time Cap: 15 minutes

 

Intermediate

MM Pair: Run 1.6km
FF Pair: Double Grace or Isabel @ 35kg
-When both pairs complete their work, switch-
FF Pair: Run 1.6km
MM Pair: Double Grace or Isabel @ 50kg

*one pair will perform double Grace, and the other pair will perform double Isabel.
