About This Competition

Hi FORM Members!!



Come and celebrate our biggest year yet at FORM Leeds! To celebrate a massive 2019 and welcome in the new decade, we're hosting our 2020 Members Fun Day!!!! We have assigned you to a Mixed ability team of four, which you have been selected as captain of! You will find out the team-members on Saturday morning! In order to place your team on the leaderboard for Saturday, we need you to create the team on Team Aretas. Instructions are on the email sent out on 27th Jan.


The day will run as a competition but a very relaxed version. We will be judging each other and coaches will be joining in and WOD-ing. We will also be doing an end of 2019 award ceremony with members receiving prizes for their efforts over the last year.
