WORKOUT FLOW:

1 Person working at a time. (Split the work evenly)

Score= Total Time 

Time Cap 50 Minutes 

 

3 Minutes Max Pull-Ups

Score= Total number of reps from both Athelet's 

14 Minutes To Establish A 1 Rep Max

*On 321 Go Athlete's will have 6 minutes to establish a 1 Rep Hang Power Clean

* 5 Sychronized Lateral Burpees The Bar Penality For Every Time The Bar Is Dropped 

Score= Total Team Bike Cals 

*Example: After you and your partner complete 21-15-9-15-21 you and your partner will alternate on 1 bike for total bike cals. So if your team completes 21-15-9-15-21 in 20 minutes you and your partner will have 5 minutes to complete as many bike cals as possible.
