About This Competition
Sleven's Summer Shindig on the 31st July will feature a mixed pairs competition.
1 hour, 4 workouts (All <10-12 minutes) ranging from heavy weights, to machine sprints. You'll move from station to station in quick succession and be done with your competition within the hour. Each workout has a scored component and at the end of the day we'll tally up the scores and give prizes to the 3 best teams.
The price is £50 (+processing fees) per team, and this includes competition entry, food (burger, fries + 1 drink) with all profits going to the Royal Marsden Charity.

We will send out communications about how you can select your workout time after sign up.
If you don't fancy competing, you can still spectate. We're offering spectator tickets which also include a meal ticket (proceeds from this go to charity. If you want to spectate but don't want any food, it's free to come. We'll also have plenty of coffee & snacks throughout the day as well.
