About This Competition
Welcome to the 1st annual Placer CrossFit Fitness Competition!
The Invitational includes a one day, two person team fitness competition held at Placer CrossFit- 7211 Galilee Rd #115, Roseville, CA, 95678
DIVISIONS
- RX Mens- 1st place $750
- RX Females - 1st place $750
- Scaled Mens- 1st place $500
- Scaled Females - 1st place $500
FORMAT
This is a 2 person, same sex team, “Winner-Take-All Format”. The last 3 remaining teams in each division will go down to one single “Finale”, with the 1st place team taking all the prize money in that division.
TIME
- 7:00-8:00 am - Team Check-In
- 8:15 am - Athlete Briefing
- 8:30 am - Heat 1 \ WOD 1 starts!

Workouts
- In 4 minutes, establish a 1RM Snatch (any)

Each pair must complete:
- 40 Synchronized Wall Ball Shots (20/14# to 10’/9’ - All Divisions)
Once finished, the teammates will waterfall into:
- 30 Barbell Overhead Lunge (Alt.)
- 20 Thrusters
