Workouts
Athletes have 9min to find the maximum weight for following complex.

Athletes do one Power Clean, after that 1 Hang Squat Clean, the bar has to be above the knee cap, after that athletes have to do 3 additional Front Squats before thei have to do one more Hang Squat Clean and Power Clean.
- athletes are not allowed to loose the grip of the bar during the tnGo Power Clean.
- athletes are allowed to go up or down at any time

- 10x alternating DB Snatch 22,5/15kg
- 8x Deadlift
-> Men 90kg
-> Women 60kg
Athletes reset the Ski Erg on their own. Every Round starts with 0cal on the display.
Athletes change weights on their own.
