Battle at the Lab
About This Competition
This is the eighth annual Battle at the Lab. Started in 2017 Battle at the Lab is a fun filled event with great people, great vendors, and an inspiring atmosphere that brings out the best in competitors. This year we are expanding from a team only event to indivduals on Saturday and teams on Sunday. Anyone that does individual will recieve a discount code for the team event if they are doing both. Each day will have unique workouts and athletes will see a variety of movements. This year we are also expanding from RX and Scaled to include Masters 35+ and Masters 50+ in both individuals and teams. Teams will be same sex this year across all divisions. This is a great compeition if it is your first time competing or you are an experieinced athlete. We welcome all skill levels and encourage anyone looking for a low stress fun filled event. Please come out and support your local CrossFit community, hope to see you there.
Saturday May 3rd- Individual: Male Rx, Female Rx, Male Scaled, Female Scaled, Male 35+, Female 35+, Male 50+, Female 50+
Sunday May 4th- Team: Male/Male RX, Female/Female RX, Male/Male Scaled, Female/Female Scaled ,Male/Male 35+, Female/Female 35+, Male/Male 50+, Female/Female 50+

Athlete Brief 7:30-7:50
Start time 8:00
End time 5:00
Workouts:
All workouts will be released prior to the event.
All individuals will have three events and a minimum of four scores.
All teams will have three events and a minimum of four scores.
There will be a final workout for the top four individuals/teams from each divsion.
There is a strict no refund policy on all registrations. Event insurance is available to purchase.
Early bird pricing is the month of February. If you want to register for both individual and team you will recieve a discount code for your team registration. Please email crossfitdcl@gmail.com for discount code, only one per team.
